An opportunity has arisen within our medical aid society for energetic and passionate individuals who are competent and possess strong selling skills to sell medical aid products to the public.
Key person attributes
- Focused, high integrity and reliable person.
- Good appreciation of the Zimbabwean health economy.
- Good Understanding of the health insurance industry.
- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills.
- Be aged between 25 and 45 years of age.
- Minimum qualification-5 “O” levels.
Computer skills required
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Data entry
- Data analysis
- Email Management Software
- Communication tools
- Digital Literacy
- Information and Communications Technology
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
